- Amazon product URL -- to analyze your listing
- Niche/category -- to segment our analysis
- Monthly revenue (optional) -- to better understand your business
How We Use Your Data
- Generate your listing score and analysis report
- Send the report to your email
- Occasionally send helpful tips about Amazon listing optimization
- Follow up with consultation offers if you expressed interest
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your email with anyone outside Controla Global.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely in Google Sheets with access limited to the Controla Global team. We use industry-standard security practices for all data handling.
Cookies and Tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the tool. This uses first-party cookies for anonymous analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access -- request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Deletion -- request that we delete your data
- Object -- opt out of marketing emails at any time

Data Retention
We retain your data indefinitely unless you request deletion. Cached listing analysis results are automatically purged after 24 hours.
